Women as rightful leaders of the movement to solve the climate crisis

Women demonstrate a unique knowledge and skill set when given the opportunity to actively participate in disaster planning and emergency response. Despite the social, structural, and economic inequalities working against women, we need to recognize the benefits that they provide in combatting the impacts of climate change.
