The United States Agency for Development (USAID) is calling for applications for a Cooperative Agreement from qualified international and/or Bangladeshi local entities to implement the USAID Enabling Environment for Climate Resilience Activity (EECRA) program. The EECRA will develop local level adaptation program of actions, support interventions enabling policy development, technology transfer, increased climate research, and the scaling of climate actions.
The activity seeks to stimulate enduring systemic changes in Bangladesh’s economy, institutions, and governance structure, while enhancing climate integration in the Annual Development Planning of local government initiatives and facilitating knowledge and technology transfer within the selected community of practices.
The deadline for application submissions is 21 March 2024.
